• Twelve Months of Strategic Partnership
We work together for one full year, with private sessions three weeks each month. This cadence creates continuity, momentum, and enough depth to address both immediate decisions and the longer arc of your leadership.
• Quarterly In-Person Intensives
Four private in-person intensives create space to step away from daily operations, examine the wider system, and make high-leverage decisions. Each intensive combines strategic review, leadership work, and focused planning. Travel and accommodation are arranged separately.
• From Insight to Execution
Between sessions, we translate decisions into priorities, conversations, boundaries, and action—so the work becomes visible in how you lead and what your organisation delivers.
